System Adminstrator-IT Support Engineer

Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Maintain the company's LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and firewall.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Coordinate with internet service providers and IT vendors for technical support.
Ensure reliable IT connectivity across the office, accounts department, production area, and other departments.
Administer employee email accounts, user access, permissions, and system security.
Support ERP, HRMS, accounting, inventory, production, and weighbridge-related software systems.
Implement and monitor data backup, antivirus protection, security updates, and recovery procedures.
Maintain IT asset registers, software licences, warranties, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with external IT service providers, software vendors, and internet service providers.
