Senior Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, identify suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and support clients in fulfilling their manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client/job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.

• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, Many Jobs, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and employers.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Coordinate offer, joining, and onboarding activities.

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding recruitment status.

• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and timelines.

• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment MIS reports.

• Maintain proper documentation and candidate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• Freshers and candidates with recruitment experience can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.

• Ability to work with multiple job openings simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
