Telecaller

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain cracker products, prices, offers, and availability.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Take customer orders and record details accurately.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain daily call and sales records.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and delivery team for order processing.

Requirements

• Qualification: Any Degree
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Tamil-speaking candidates preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/phone applications.
• Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
• Willingness to work towards sales targets.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
