Telecaller

Responsibilities

• 1. Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
• 2. Explain company services and respond to customer queries.
• 3. Follow up on leads, enquiries, and prospective customers.
• 4. Maintain customer information, call records, and updates in CRM.
• 5. Support sales activities and achieve assigned targets.
• 6. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• 7. Build good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Qualification: Any Degree
• 1. Communication & Customer Handling – Communicate in Tamil and English, handle customer queries, and explain company services.
• 2. Inbound & Outbound Calling – Make customer calls, respond to enquiries, and maintain professional communication.
• 3. Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Scheduling – Follow up with potential customers, track leads, and schedule appointments.
• 4. CRM & Data Entry – Maintain customer details, update call records, and track follow-up activities.
• 5. Sales & Target Achievement – Support sales activities, convert leads into customers, and build customer relationships.
