Job Title: Individual Relationship Manager (IRM)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000
Location: Job Locations: Sivakasi, Srivilliputhur, Mangapuram, Rajapalayam, S. Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi & Aruppukottai.
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Individual Relationship Managers to handle field sales activities, interact with customers, promote banking products, and generate new business opportunities. Freshers with an interest in fieldwork and customer interaction are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers and generate new business leads
- Explain banking and financial products to customers
- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Collect necessary customer documents for application processing
- Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships
- Achieve assigned individual sales targets
- Submit daily field visit and sales activity reports
Requirements
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Handle customer queries effectively
- Willingness to visit customers
- Identify and approach new customers
- Interest in achieving sales targets
