About the role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, billing, documentation, and audit-related work. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and basic accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily billing, invoice preparation, and entries.
  • Maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt records in Tally ERP 9.
  • Prepare and maintain vouchers and accounting documents.
  • Organize and maintain audit documents and supporting records.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and account verification.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Support auditors during audit activities and provide required documents.

Requirements

  • Qualification: B. Com, M. Com
  • Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9.
  • Billing and invoice management.
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Audit documentation and record maintenance.
  • MS Excel and computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and time management.
