Billing Executive

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate customer bills using billing/POS software.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
• Verify product details, prices, discounts, and offers before billing.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and billing corrections as per company policy.
• Maintain daily sales and billing records.
• Coordinate with sales staff, inventory, and store team.
• Assist customers with billing-related queries.
• Maintain proper cash counter and transaction records.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS software.
• Good numerical and calculation skills.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and cash-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Prior experience in textile retail, supermarket, or retail billing is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a retail/store environment.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
