We are looking for Company Registration Executive statutory filing. Maintain proper corporate compliance records and documentation. Minimize filing errors, penalties, and compliance risks. Support new and existing clients with ROC/MCA compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- - Handle ROC/MCA compliance and statutory filing activities for clients.
- - Ensure timely and accurate completion of corporate filings.
- - Maintain proper compliance records and documentation.
- - Coordinate with clients for required documents and information.
- - Track ROC/MCA filing deadlines and compliance status.
- - Review forms and documents before submission.
- - Assist in resolving MCA queries and compliance-related issues.
Requirements
- Qualification: B. Com, M.Com
- 1. Prepare and file AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-3 and other applicable MCA forms.
- 2. Handle annual ROC/MCA compliance filings within statutory deadlines.
- 3. Maintain statutory registers, company records, and filing documents.
- 4. Collect and verify required documents from clients.
- 5. Track compliance due dates and maintain a compliance calendar.
- 6. Coordinate with CAs, CS professionals, clients, and MCA authorities.
- 7. Maintain filing acknowledgements and follow up on pending approvals or queries.
